In addition to IEC EN 61508, the Deep Life rebreather designs must comply with numerous other standards. Examples of these compliance reports, and how they fit with the IEC EN 61508 safety case are provided below.

The project is designed to comply with EN14143:2003, EN61508:2004 SIL 4, ISO/IEC 12207, DNV DN-RP-H101 and NORSOK U100 and U101, each with separate compliance reports.

Safety Integrity Level Assignment for Dive Systems(325KB)
The EN61508 Safety Integrity Level assessment and assignment for the different subsystems and applications for rebreathers. The eSCR and eCCR was assigned SIL 3 to 4, the comms option SIL 2, independent PPO2 monitor SIL 2, Topside monitoring software SIL 1. Last Updated 25th June 2010
