Five Rebreathers Released

Deep Life have fully released five radically different rebreather models for production in the past six months. Four of these have full CE certification, the fifth is for non-CE applications. All are a product of the Open Revolution safety project pioneered by Deep Life, and meet the IEC Functional Safety standard at SIL 3. The rebreathers are complex systems comprising electronics, software, mechanics, covering the full range of diving applications. Deep Life's clients for these designs are now beginning to ship to their end customers, delivering unprecedented performance.

RF & Comms IP Blocks Free!

Deep Life have extensive IP blocks for RF and ultra-fast ASIC in deep sub-micron CMOS. Previously, substantial royalties were charged for access to these, but from 1st March 2011 these are available to both existing and new clients on a free of charge basis: the only charges that arise from their use are the NRE fees for porting to different processes, power rails or interfaces.

Deep Life's ASIC team specialise in ultra-fast and RF applications, using standard CMOS processes.

The Deep Life team have developed ASICs for a wide range of RF applications (GSM, HiperLAN II, CDMA links, ultra-wide bank media and RF ISM devices) in commodity CMOS.
